Getting error 500 when trying to add a website

This is only available in the extended version. It wasn't supposed to be in the regular version. From what I could see, you changed the license in db from regular to extended. Obviously, just doing that won't work

It seems that the debug log is telling me i have no openssl extension, but im sure its enabled, tested this on php 8.3.1
